Summary

In the role of Client Relationship Associate you are responsible for providing a broad range of analytical, relationship management and administrative support to the Client Services Team.  You will work closely with our Client Relationship Managers and Senior Managers, Client Services to identify opportunities to provide analytic insights to standard monthly reports and support ad hoc reporting requests, in addition to select client-facing responsibilities. You will also prepare mid-year and pre-renewal client performance reviews and support open enrollment meetings. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Client Services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Directors and Client Relationship Managers assure development and execution of EOM (End of Month) reports are in place for each ELAP client.
  • Develop, analyze and interpret data produced for monthly reporting and translate it into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Assist with the production of mid-year and pre-renewal client performance reviews.
  • Support completion of ad hoc reporting requests and analysis. Work closely with the Senior Manager, Client Services to ensure accurate data and results outcomes.
  • Support settlement discussion offers (including financial impact) and Attorney Client Representation Agreement (ACRA) follow-up communications with appropriate client contact(s) under the supervision of the CRM.
  • Create, update and ensure accuracy of ELAP's client contact and group information in Salesforce.
  • Provide account management support for select clients, including former, Out of Network Only and clients with less than 100 employees. 
  • Look for ways to innovate (i.e. streamlining reporting or other processes) and enhance support provided to Client Relationship Managers.
  • Ensure CCPs, 360s and client activities are up to date and accurate within Salesforce.
  • In collaboration with Senior Managers, Client Services and Client Relationship Managers, assist with or conduct open enrollment meetings, document/material preparation and assembly, shipping of all enrollment/reenrollment and marketing materials.  Assurance of arrival to destination locations.
  • Assist CRM in resolution of client support issues working cross functionally with appropriate areas of the business.
  • Validating and tracking of annual contract review to assure current and correct contract information, amendments and signatures.
  • Works as part of the Client Services Team to increase client satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting a client services/account management function 
  • Experience working in Salesforce preferred
  • Health insurance industry experience preferred
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish preferred

  1. Must have expert written and verbal communication and strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills
  2. Ability to travel as needed - up to 20%
  3. Ability to juggle working on large projects with critical deadlines
  4. Must be willing to work with and learn new technologies
  5. Must have strong problem-solving skills
  6. Must work well within a team environment as well as independently
  7. Establish priorities, meet deadlines and work independently with limited supervision
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel spreadsheets.
